He was, but I never saw him shoot his bolt actions. He had an 03, 1917 Enfield, Colombian Mauser in 30-06, also a Mauser from Czechoslovakia, not sure...

My HRA
Not all correct but in decent shape. SA trigger group, bolt, NM op rod, barrel is stamped HRA 12-53. should I attempt to make it all correct?5 Photos

Inspection
Is it good practice to have your rifles sent in for inspection? Who would you recommend?
