M1 Garand Stock

Slowly trying to make my 1944 Garand as correct as practical. The stock that I bought it with does not have any markings on it at all, so I'm assuming it is not WWII era stock. Looking for a stock from somewhere around the 1944 time frame with proper markings.

It would help if you can tell us who manufactured the Garand.

oops, you're right. It is a Springfield Armory Garand.
