Mags for a 1911-series pistol

I need Help. A friend of mine needs some mags for a 1911-series pistol. I want to get him some decent ones. I think that Wilson Combat and Chip McCormick will be a good choice, but I am not sure. Please suggest some options?

I use Checkmate mags in my 1911. Checkmate makes them for the US military.
