Early four digit SA 1903 with rebuild stamps (barrel is dated SA 6-18) Can anyone ID the
POD rebuild stamp ?

I think there was 2 but I'm unsure. The one my that comes too mind is the Philippine Ord. Depot.

The other one is Pa O D for Panama Ord Depot

Both of these rebuild stamps are not common to find
