Springfield Armory M1 Carbine

I just purchased a Springfield Armory (Geneseo) M1 carbine. The forged receiver was made by LMT Lewis Machine & Tool. What I'm trying to figure out is Aho made the barrel. I know Springfield used some real SA barrels but mine doesn't have any Springfield marking. On the bottom behind the gas piston there is the following. 5557145HC 1-73 Lot 3. Anyone have any idea who made this barrel?

Herlo Engineering made the barrel. Info about the barrel is about 3/4 of the way down the page.

jak, thank you for the information its just what I needed. I hope I got one of their in spec barrels.
