Another M1 Carbine grenade launcher

I thought it might be interesting to post some more photos of these grenade launchers, I have little info on them, Bob can add the important stuff. I think there were two versions and I have
no idea which one this is. I think it's original but I can't be sure as there are so many fakes. I thought I'd confirm it's real before doing anything with it. All comments appreciated.
