I sure love the M14. It’s one I would like to acquire soon for my US rifle collection.

Got out for a little function fire in the cold today. Fired 30 rnds to sight in at 100 yds and get her settled down in the stock. This rifle is about plain Jane as they get. Bula 11/16 usgi profile barrel, gas cylinder not unitized, USGI stock not bedded, and no cheek riser. Scope came from Hawk Christmas eve. Old, now purple Redfield 3-9. Turrets are very easy to adjust with no screwdriver. Mounted on a Bassett mount using UTG qd rings. Ammo is handloaded MEN berdan with 136 gr fb bullets over 45 gr of Varget touched off with Tula primers. Whatta Hobby!

Wow, that sure beats my gun room. Very impressive. Any for sale by any chance?

None for sale. As a matter of fact I have added a few since that photo was taken and more on the way.

Only 1 M1A in the bunch. Most are Bula or LRB forged receivers used in my builds.

No Sir. I use Sparrowhawk dummy kits on most of my M14s to fill the hole in the usgi stocks. They attach only to the wood and are non functional.

Thanks. The intention is to produce as close a repro as possible.
