My buddy MikeM0331's unmodified standard shot a 3 shot group smaller than a dime, I shot it up to 1,000 yards and was a joy to shoot. That is a little better than the average bear but not unheard of. You have a sweet M1A Bill, I've never seen it before even after all these years, I would be proud to own that one! Thanks for sharing with us.

I have seen some standard rifles shoot very well but they usually had commercial barrels. I was surprised how well it does with a USGI barrelComment
