Well guys, I finally got an AR a couple weeks ago. Needed something for the wife to shoot so I figured I'd get one for myself too. She's coming together nicely, the first pic is day 1 pics, now it is more m14brian approved with Magpul hardware and a real Army ACOG. All I want next I think is a Geiselle trigger. Hope you guys like it. Don't worry, I'm not going to AR15.com, and I'm still m14brian. Relax, I just ordered some more NIW chrome firing pins, I'm still addicted to M14s lol. I even made the local Sunday paper.

I'll let you know how she does on her maiden voyage. I need a better trigger, the stock one is atrocious. I'm going to leave it like this though, no back up iron sights. The ACOG is end of the world tough, if it can survive Crapistan, it can survive the desert in SoCal. I'm not hard on my guns either. I got this to hopefully get me out shooting more. I can throw it in the trunk with my steel silhouettes and get out in the desert like I used to do back in the day. It should be much easier on my shoulder/neck also.
