After building this wildcat MSR 3 years ago and having planned hunts cancelled the last two, I finally got out this year to use this rifle for what I intended it for, stand deer hunting here in CA. At 7:15 AM opening day this guy made a bad mistake walking out and standing 170 yards away. One shot with a 110gr Sierra Pro Hunter and he was DRT.

Yes, a Blacktail. Not a huge buck but the marinated tenderloins were sure good two nights ago.
