    I think the first is a VERY well worn version of the second and the last is a knock off of some kind.

      the first photo is the result of an oversized pin inserted to tighten up the small plunger unit and, as why someone would repair or rebuild a port door is unknown but this part was recovered from military salvage and I thought it was kind of different to find and it still could function.

      second photo is from a three digit Colt SP 1 Sporter

      third photo is a port cover only manufactured in 1982 for NESARD Inc who manufactured AR-15 uppers, as there was a shortage of port covers in the surplus market, these were used in their uppers,
      note the simple plunger system, these are mistaken for early Armalite

      Well those are certainly different and unusual. Thanks for sharing. I never seen anything like the first and third.
