Purchased my first M1 today, cash was finally available at the same time a M1 was for sale. Here to learn if I got a deal, burned, or did ok. So far my rifle seems to be all original and shot very little. I've researched these rifles online to try and understand what to look for in a purchase but I'm here to learn more. Thanks in advance for any help offered!

This is a HRA serial #5517XXX. Ive been looking online and everything seems to match the numbers they should be, as best I can tell. Bore is super bright, like a mirror with strong rifling.Comment
