Well I sent my order by snail mail to CMP on Thursday 1 August. DBU email on Monday 5 August, shipped yesterday 7 August to receive today. One week turn around.
I am impressed!

I see you got one of CMP's stock on the rifle. Orlando has a good write-up on things to look for on new CMP stocks that may cause issues.

The rifle I got is an RM1Special. It comes with that new stock. Im going to take it apart, grease and lube it up, then shoot it. I will start the stock work after I put a couple hundred rounds thru it.

Life got in the way then the snow storms settled in. Haven't put a round thru it yet. Last storm hopefully for a while coming thru tonight.
