Someone throw me a bone, I need some help

I have a Walther LG55 air rifle that has a W&H Seibert Wetzlar diopter. The lenses are cloudy and you cant see through it. Anyone know anything about these or how to get it apart?
Any leads who might repair these?

It looks like the cap should come off to acsess the internals but cant figure how to remove it without doing damage

I already tried and havent come up with much. Its a German air rifle from the 1950's and while there is alittle info on the rifle itself I cant get anything on the rear sight itself

I read a old post on a smaller forum from 2008, seems that the adhesive used too hold some of the parts together is prone too mucking up the works, they suggested contacting Champions Choice..
