    For disassembly, I use a pin punch almost the same diameter as the extractor hole, using a light mallet tap out the extractor, the punch will hold ejector in place as it passes through the hole. Keep finger or other suitable object in place over bolt face as sometimes the ejector will slip out. Once the extractor is free, simply pull the punch out (keeping finger over ejector).
    For reassembly, i hammered a finishing brad into the side of my workbench and left it sticking out about1/4". This allows a free hand to align and depress ejector while putting extractor in place. My bench is waist high so you can get a good view by looking down to ensure ejector alignment. Cheers , Rich
