This rifle has the type 1 lock bar and late SA GHS short channel stock. Barrel is S-A 6-42 (no chrome) op rod id uncut rev 3. The lower band
has the letter (unique for 1942 SA rifles) . There are about eight or nine different letters so far recorded.

The bolt D28287-12SA heat lot RE5B has the hole through the right lug which is a characteristic of the early 1942 revision 12 bolts.
The operating rod catch is without the accelerator lip and the follower is a late 8
Hammer is revision 2 SA and safety is C46015-6-SA with hole
Sling is Boyt 42
