Early WWII narrow base SA, after the numbered variety. Someone might be able to narrow it further based on the code on the flat but I just take those codes as another early feature. Sight seals went into the 1.3 million range.
Restorers will say that sadly it has been refinished as they seek original finishes for restoration purposes.
