I think I discovered a stroke of genius from the clan at IHC for why their front sights are so wide.
Looking through the sights of an IHC rifle today I realized that proper sight picture entails the highly flared edges of the IHC front sight to "touch" the inside edge of the rear sight aperture thus allowing the front sight post to be PERFECTLY centered (east west anyway).
I'm sure this is common knowledge, but I'm proud to say that I arrived at IHC's stroke of genius all on my own!!
LOL!!!
