Hello can somebody please tell me what nation might have used this Garand I can’t figure out what the numbers on the side of the stock mean ?

Looks like Uncle Sam to me. Number is likely an armory rack #

I'd say its a rack number also.

The rifle rack number can be found in a number of locations from the stock to handguards. The rifle rack should also have the rifle's rack number on the slot where the rifle is stored in the rack
