    SA Garand Pics

I took some pics of external markings I could find on my rifle, I didn’t want to appear rude. I bought it from a pal who heard his dad mention he wanted one. He bought one from a gun shop in Ohio and had it shipped to Oregon to surprise his dad. The surprise was on him when his dad said he didn’t want it. I saved up my coins and after a couple of years, took it off his hands for $1000.00

Good looking rifle. The bolt being WWII vintage is the receiver leg rebuild marked, and does it still have the original barrel?

Barrel date should be correct for receiver serial number.
