    Needed better light and background. On the road now... Well maybe not mint but the rifle is in excellent condition. The original owner fired one clip thru it. BS screw, BS elevation, SA - WH windage. I will also add, it cost me significantly more than the $102.50 the original owner paid (maybe not if inflation is considered).

    Type I 1958

    A friend called and said he wanted to sell a Garand that he got from his next door widow after his friend died a couple of years ago. When I found out what it was I contacted Bob Seijas to get an idea what range they were selling in and struck a deal. It’s in new condition (mint). Typical 6.09 rifle with added NM star on the barrel. It came with shipping document DD form 1149-3 1 Mar 57. Req 8/13/58 shipped 9/11/58.
