Curious about finding out more about this M1.....

I have an M1 Garand I want to find out more info on. Including price.

On the receiver is stamped "US Rifle, Cal .30 M1, H&R Arms CO, 5508692"

Anyone who has any clue what year this model was made and its possible value by all means please feel free to comment! I appreciate anything anyone can tell me.

What is the marking on the barrel? It was most likely built in 1954. Value depends on overall condition and if it is a correct rifle. Correct meaning it is as it left the factory and not rebuilt.

Very nice. It's hard to put an actual value on it without knowing all the specifics of the small parts. Is it all HRA, or is it a basic service grade? It looks very clean and is probably a tack driver of a shooter!
