biography on World War Two inspector Col Robert Sears ?

It would be interesting to find out about Col Robert Sears who was the Army Inspector of Ordnance Hartford District from 3 Aug 1937 to 30 June 1941

Col Sears left Winchester on 30 June 1941 (his cartouche WRA RS) he also inspected Colt 1911A1 pistols and Winchester shotguns

Col Sears retired from the US Army on July 4th, 1946
