Check the clip release and its spring...... Also make sure there isn't any gunk or trash gumming up the works.

I suspect a weak spring then.

Check the lock slots in the clips. Check for wear on the arm of the clip latch that engages the slots in the clips. The spring as previously mentioned could be weak. Any of the above or combination there of. Are the clips newly made or USGI? If they are not USGI, I would suspect the clips themselves. There are a LOT of out of spec newly made clips floating around. To check the spring, remove it and slightly stretch it, then reassemble, then shoot. If the problem seems to go away, replace the spring.

Premature ejection can becuased by a number of things
#1 cause is weak clip spring. Remove old spring and stretch it and reinstall. If problem goes away replace the spring
#2 worn lobe on bullet guide. I can give specs if you have a micrometer to measure
#3 enblocs, are you using USGI enblocs? Does the rifle have the issue with all enblocs you use? What is stamped in the circle on the back of the enbloc?
If you check these and the issue does not go away there are other parts to check for specs
Report back and let us know

If there unmarked and have the wide ribbing, I would almost bet there from Taiwan. They should still work well.

YAHTZEE !!!! ........Thank you gentlemen ! stretching the spring worked great ! I have a new one ordered and on the way !
now that thats working i do have another question ! the ejection on this rifle is a little erratic ! up and forward 50% of the time
and to the right right in to my brass catcher (the way i like it) my M1a pitches them in to the brass catcher 100% ? any help would be appresheated !

I think that you'll find the new main spring will help with this as well, as it'll be more consistent. If not, you may consider new springs for your bolt, as well (i.e., ejector and extractor springs).

These are battle rifles, as long as brass is being ejected away from shooter all is good. That being said lack of lubrication proper can have a factor on where brass will land and also a worn out op rod spring as Brian has already mentioned. The last round will not be thrown forward as the rest but to about 3 -4 oclock
Op rod spring should be straight, not flat spots, kinks or bends or flat spots. It should measure between 19- 20 1/4 inches in length
Do not use Wolff extra power op rod springs as they can cause short stroking with some ammo
