I had a friend of mine that moved overseas that was a garand collector and I bought one of sniper models out of his collection. He left me a bunch of stuff that I forgot about and while cleaning out a closet I found a bunch of era front and rear handguards. There are 7 fronts and 6 rears and all appear to be excellent. Anyone have an idea on value or a big collector that might want them? They are out of my wheelhouse but I am sure someone would want them. I bought the sniper soley to have a unique piece of history and the price was right but I am not a garand collector by any means.
