Thoughts on Orion Scout M1...

I help out a local FFL with online sales. Have a customer that brought in an Orion Scout M1 with a scope on it. the rifle is in like new condition with less than than 100 rounds through it. What is the general thoughts on these guns? Are they work the $3k + asking prices? Any value in the secondary market?

I prefer my CMP shooter to a rebuilt unit like these - but curious to hear your thoughts on these.
