    GCA article by Arnhem44mad

In the Winter 2021 issue of the GCA magazine, Scott (Amhem44mad) wrote a great article about his garand collection, describing how rifles are deactivated, and all the trouble he goes through with government regulations.

Scanned through the article, very interesting, and heartbreaking for me at what has to be done to "deactivate" the rifle per British law.
The thief may possess something he stole, but he does not own it.
The owner has a right to take his property back from the thief.

I received my GCA Journal yesterday and read Scott's article. He did a great job! The article was very informative on how the deactivation process has worked over the years there.

If you look at the pictures of Scott's rifles it appears that the editor listed all the rifles in the wrong order. The gas trap is on the bottom of the page but is listed on the top of the page, and so on.
