Those are non-California approved fingers he has there. They must be altered before entrance to California, New York, Massachusetts, or New Jersey. Tell me about it. If read and understood correctly, the Second Amendment says, "shall not be infringed". So if I want to own a belt fed MG42 I should be able to without having to register it, or pay the tax stamp on it and clear it with the local police.
