Can any one ID this Barrel Maker?

Can anyone ID the maker of this after market barrel I have had it for 20 yrs and for got about it, It was removed new from a Garand I got from Orion 7 Long Island NY if this helps, all it has is 30 06 stamped on top looks to be a barrel of very good quality, but does any know who made it and is it a good one, Thanks for any help Rich D

Send a e-mail to Orion, they may know what commercial barrel they were using back then

Possibly a Wilson. Wilson made nice M1 Garand barrels back then.

Might be a Citadel. I seem to remember the early ones where only caliber marked.
