You have to be careful buying parts on E-Bay. People are selling used refinished parts as NOS. Nothing wrong with the parts but you should not pay NOS prices for used parts
Just because parts are in wrap does not mean they are NOS, they can be arsenal refinished ,repacks. I believe most sellers don't know the difference, you as a buyer needs to educate yourself.
Heres some things to look for:
Trigger guard called NOS, notice the flat spots on bottom of lugs

Trigger sold as NOS, notice the sear pin is parkerized? NOS triggers the pin is shiny, in the white. Auction trigger has been arsenal refinshed

Op Rod catch listed as new, again notice pin is not shiny. Part has been refinished

On a original finish elevation knob the shaft should be shiny, no finish. If the shaft is parkerized its been refinished and not NOS

Check the hammer spur carefully, hammer looks new except spur is worn chipped

Original finish gas screws the bottom will be shiny no finish
