Any help is appreciated. Follower has a punchmark at the top.

I am told that type/style follower is indistinguishable from WRA or SA . I dont go by punch marks alone as they are on both SA and WRA parts. Flip a coin..............

Heres a earlier follower that is WRA, identifiable by the sharp slope angle of the slide in the back .
I am no expert on these just what I have picked up

I checked some of my early M1 Rifle data sheets and the only unmarked followers that I found were sn 1630 and 1684, but they had the D shaped dismount hole not the round hole. The followers in my data sheets were either marked 1, 2 or 3. Now maybe I missed something in the data but I am unable to find a unmarked SA follower in my data like the one in the photo above

I didn't think Winchester used the top hat followers. Hadn't the design been changed by the time Winchester had their M1 line up and running?

Winchester used the Springfield revision 2 follower that was unmarked with the early T tail or as new people call "high hat", this had a 90 degree front face

photo shows Winchester 1941 followers and slides
