    Help Identifying M1 Garand

I know absolutely nothing about these guns and would like to gain some knowledge from you guys. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Cant really tell you much from those pictures. Receiver dates from around June 1944. The stock went through a rebuild Rock Island Arsenal. I say the stock because there is no way to know if it belongs with the rifle , may have been switched at some point. If you can post more clear detailed pics may be able to give you more info

Looks interesting but again the pictures show no details
If there are any stamps on the stock take clear close up pictures. Also need to take the action out of the stock and take detailed pictures of internals

Your rifle would have been in WWII and then rebuilt afterwards by Rock Island Arsenal (RIA) The FK would be the factory foreman's initials. Receiver is dated April 1944 and the P in a circle is a firing proof. I'm not totally positive what the 200 is... rack number??

The colour of the Parkerizing looks like a later rework let alone the other markings on the stock. Maybe Korea or later. If I remember correctly, there was a rebuild around Korea time at Rock Island Armory.
Any importer markings on it? That might give you a time period of when it came back into the country. (Blue Sky is pretty common for lots of ex-military rifles and Carbines.) If none, it might be a CMP buy at some point.
