Cant really tell you much from those pictures. Receiver dates from around June 1944. The stock went through a rebuild Rock Island Arsenal. I say the stock because there is no way to know if it belongs with the rifle , may have been switched at some point. If you can post more clear detailed pics may be able to give you more info

The colour of the Parkerizing looks like a later rework let alone the other markings on the stock. Maybe Korea or later. If I remember correctly, there was a rebuild around Korea time at Rock Island Armory.
Any importer markings on it? That might give you a time period of when it came back into the country. (Blue Sky is pretty common for lots of ex-military rifles and Carbines.) If none, it might be a CMP buy at some point.
