Can someone tell me what years Elmer Keith worked at Ogden Arsenal?

I have a GHS stock that has his rebuild inspector's stamp on it, and would like to use it for an early WW2 restoration.

I would suggest asking John Beard or Rick the Librarian. Elmer Keith's rebuild stamp was on a lot of 1903's and A3's

1942-1945. I don't know the EXACT dates. Also, there were 2 OGEK inspectors. If the OGEK is in a box, it is Elmer Keith. If it is not in a box it is the stamp of Ed Klauser.
