    Trigger Housing Falling Out

Took my rifle to the range and found that the trigger housing is falling out now when I am shooting. Anyone else have this issue? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I have notice that it is actually easy now to put the trigger housing back in with very little resistance when I snap the trigger guard back in place.

The wood on your stock under the trigger guard is compressed. Some people cut strips out of those magnetic advertising refrigerator magnets and stick them to the trigger guard.
I use a roll of wood veneer. I cut out strips of veneer and glue them to the stock. I may glue 2 or 3 layers of veneer depending on how tight I want the trigger guard to lock in place. I then stain the wood veneer to match the color of the stock. You can buy rolls of wood veneer at Lowes or Home Depot.

probably a combination of flat lugs on trigger guard and worn stock as jak mentioned

I'll upload some photos soon, I noticed on closer inspection of the trigger guard the lugs are even compressing somewhat
