Military Honor Guard

Watching Fox News. Fox News just showed Military Honor Guard at Capitol steps. They were all carrying M1 Garands. VMI was carrying M14s. Only M14s I saw.

That was a fairly large number of M14s. And looks like bayonets were fixed on some.

I thought Fox News said VMI had 1400 Cadets marching. They were the very last marching unit and the very end of parade.
