receiver inscription?

I was cleaning my new garand the other day and happened to notice this on the reciever. Anybody know what it is? Someones initials?

That's a rebuild mark, which shows your rifle was rebuilt at the Red River Army Depot in September 1965.

Yep, I do find the Arsenal Rebuilds to be very interesting.
If you are up to it I would love to see some additional photos of the rifle so I can see what parts were used.
Specifically looking for:
- rear sight (elevation & windage) info
- barrel information as seen through the op-rod window
- front sight for color
- stock along with any markings (full side view, area around the rear of the receiver, and any stampings old, or new)

My one and only IHC in an arsenal rebuild. I really like the look of it, and it appears to have seen some use after going through the rebuild program. I believe mine is RRAD as well.
