Numbered, Open Arrow Elevation Knob

Mail call today brought this little beauty. No home for it at the moment. Too old for my 40k rifle. Hopefully one day I’ll find a blued, checkered windage knob to pair with it.

This particular knob would be pre-20k, right?

I believe 19059 has an elevation cap marked like the one pictured.
