I am rather certain the aperture in your photo is Winchester, there are examples of later Winchester apertures with tracks. Canfield has stated in his book that
Winchester used a slightly smaller peep and added tracks into the Win 13 production. Canfield states that Winchester production of the M14 also used the same late
    aperture with tracks too.

You could send Charlie Redfield a photo ?

RCS, So you are saying its a WRA aperture, correct?
My first thought was WRA but the slop and thickness is alittle different than the later WRA apertures I have seen

the Winchester side aperture profile is different from Springfield, some Winchesters have the CM stamp

Springfield had the drawing number with no tracks, no track, small track and full track

photo shows a Springfield without the drawing number
