Could any of these British issue leather slings be correct with the Lend Lease M1 rifles ?

Don't think so mate the rifles were never used by British forces. There is much debate on if the well known 50s photo of British forces with Garands is actually of Lend Lease Garands or of Garands which were left in Britain after ww2.
in any case the photos I've seen of British troops with garands all have the cotton slings.
