ID:	19653 Some of the early Winchester no-trap stocks have really nice fancy walnut which could have been set aside for the custom shop but instead used for production. Both WRA RS and early WRA WB no trap stocks have been found with the grade of wood

      Depends on how much you want to spend for an original Winchester 1941 stock ? you can buy commercial fancy wood for a lot less.

      Deluxe wood on this front hand guard which appears to be Winchester, might have been set aside as pump handle on a Black Diamond Model 97 before the contact Click image for larger version

ID:	19742 I think the best way to really show this fancy walnut is direct sunlight but still working on better photos. You have to wonder if some of this Winchester deluxe walnut was used on presentation rifles ?
          I have seen a lot of Winchester carbine stocks (including barnwood) but never anything with really fancy walnut
