Is this a Norwegian Barrel?

I received this barrel today to sell on consignment, and I was told it's of Norwegian manufacture.

Any ideas???

Any idea what it's worth?
I think the TE is a 2 and the ME is a 1.
Overall excellent condition.

Sorry, I have no idea what it is actually worth. As usual, it depends on finding the right person
who actually wants that particular barrel. Some people will frown on it since it's not USGI too.
Mine was about the same TE and MW.
I swapped out the barrel and used it to build a mixmaster. I didn't see any difference in the accuracy
during test firing.
