Almost forgot to post this here, but the current (September) issue of Guns & Ammo has an article by Dave Emary on reloading for M1 Garand and other military firearms (K98, etc.) so the loads are very close to the original ammo spec and/or match the rear sight markings closer than guessing on components and charge weights. He's been in the ammo business a while and really knows what's what. Worth a look-see.
