    Time does fly.

Have been shooting some 223 bolt rifles this Spring. Used up a few 100cnt range boxes that I had loaded. Getting ready to do some re-loading of these and noticed that I had loaded these in 2001. Holy Cow, can't believe 20 years has passed seemingly in the blink of an eye since I last loaded for the .223. Been shooting plenty of commercial stuff over that period and never thought about it. Decided to make up some precision loads using 40 gn Hornady Vmax that I use for the 5.7 x 28. Load for the .223 will be 23 gn of IMR-4198 which should produce right in the neighborhood of 3500 fps.

Hope I get to use the new ammo up in the next 20 years.

As the old saying goes "time waits for no one". Enjoy your shooting. There is a small 100 yard range up the hill from my house that I belong to. Before Covid 19 someone would be shooting there almost ever day. The range has been very quite. I can only guess its for lack of ammo.

I still shoot pretty much every day on my range. Mostly 100 and 150. I can go out to 300 but why bother.

Went to the Moose Lodge range today to break in my .380 plus some blasting of carbine and 9mm. Was quite surprise how many guys cycled through.
