Wanting to take the Garand out coyote hunting this winter.. Has anyone ever loaded these light bullets for the Garand? If so what powder?

Try loading it with IMR3031 to about 3000 fps. Should reliably cycle it. With a lighter bullet you need a slightly faster burning powder.The thief may possess something he stole, but he does not own it.
