    Korean M2 Ball

I just bought some 1981 dated Korean PS M2 ball in enbloc clips and bandoleers, anyone here have any experience with this ammo. I checked the CMP forum for questionable lots of Korean M2 Ball and this lot was not mentioned. based on what the CMP charges for Greek HXP I paid $230 for this can.

Fired 100 rounds of this Korean ball this afternoon and it was very accurate and clean burning, now I want more of it.

You are happy with it now but what if this happens? This is what happen to a Garand shooting PS Korean M2ball

There is good surplus available for about what you paid for the Korean M2Ball
        Good shooting and be careful

I hope no one was hurt. Why shoot cheap ammo out of an expensive gun? In the case above the stock can be replaced but what about your hands and eyes. Cheap ammo is cheap for a good reason. Best to break it down for components and scrap the brass.

I had this happen to me once while firing surplus British Kynoch M2 Ball, the stock shattered just like yours. What was the year head stamp on your PS ball that did this?
