AP 30.06 Head stamp?

I picked up a few clips with AP rounds today. The head stamp is "SL 4". Would this be St. Louis? The clips are marked "NW" for what it's worth.

Your clips are St Louis 1944 and NW is Northwest Metal Products from Kent, Washington

There are at least four variations of the NW stamp

Thanks. I looked closer at the clip markings. I have 2 variations. One has the letters NW going the long way to the clip, and the other going the short way. Also one clip is marked either WEP, or PEW or P3W. I need to get my magnifying glass to the rescue.

WEP clips were manufactured, I believe, by Wade Electrical Products Co., Sturgis MI. I think there are between 8 and 10 variations or so, many have a number, which would be 1 through 5, 6, or 7 possibly.
